ABOUT THE COMPANY

We work for the leading conversation orchestration solution for the Automotive, Real Estate, Insurance and Travel industries, helping them orchestrate conversations with digital prospects to improve customer experience and accelerate conversion. They’re looking for their Senior Sales Executive, will you join in ?

It is the leading engagement platform used by major Automotive Manufacturers and marketplaces and B2B2C businesses to build personalised experiences, at scale. The automotive industry is experiencing significant transformations with the emergence of Electric/Hybrid vehicles and a substantial change in distribution strategies. They are shifting from almost entirely physical sales to e-commerce sales, while still depending on a distributed network of dealers.

To enable personalised experiences at scale, they have developed a platform which relies on 4 pillars:
1- Capture data around customer experiences
2- Build Audiences based on CX data
3- Automate personalised engagement for each of these audiences
4- Monitor and continuously improve the conversion performance for each Audience. It represents a dynamic team of over 70 people of 26 different nationalities, based in London, Paris and Uppsala.

ABOUT THE ROLE

They’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive based in Paris, London or Uppsala.
As An Enterprise Sales Executive, You Will:
  • Source and close net new logos within your given territory in the Enterprise segment and have responsibility for expanding some High Growth existing customers (working with a Customer Success team)
  • Research and understand your prospects to gain insight into their business challenges to effectively sell the value to key senior stakeholders within the account
  • Become knowledgeable on the platform and conduct discovery calls and presentations to prospective customers
  • Influence and drive complex sales processes using Sales Methodologies and frameworks such as MEDDPICC and SPICED while managing multi-layer stakeholders in Enterprise organisations
  • Lead territory-building initiatives by working with technology partners, solutions partners, product management networking groups and regional events to drive awareness, educate the market, create net new opportunities and influence current pipeline
  • Collaborate well with team members (particularly our Marketing Team & Solution Consultants), proactively identify best practices and share feedback
  • Consistently take quantitative and strategic approaches in territory planning. Forecast accurately
  • Participate in the alignment of the Product Roadmap with Revenue Opportunities and customers feedback

 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

  • 5-10 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions and/or data & digital consulting services to Enterprise customers
  • Successful track record of being a top performer in closing complex deals with long sales cycles (>6 months)
  • Experience and appetite for developing net new business and building your own pipeline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to tell a story using data
  • Good knowledge of the Digital, Martech and CRM solutions used by Enterprise customers
  • Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative company and team setting
  • You are naturally curious and empathetic towards customers and prospects
  • You embrace feedback and are open to developing personally and professionally
  • Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus but not mandatory
  • You are autonomous and proactive in your role
  • You are fluent in English and another European language
