THE ROLE
The company is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to drive content strategy and brand growth across four European markets. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role combines storytelling, campaign activation, and strategic brand building.
Marketing at the company serves five core purposes:

Generate and capture demand to meet ambitious new inbound ARR targets.

Establish the brand as the go-to logistics partner for European companies, leveraging thought leadership, client stories, and impactful branding.

Support the sales team with content, tools, and resources to drive deals forward and improve close rates in a competitive market.

Drive referrals by creating a brand and customer experience that partners and clients are proud to recommend.

Attract top talent by showcasing the company’s culture, mission, and impact, positioning it as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute the content strategy: customer stories, newsletters, landing pages, and high-impact video content.

Lead and grow social media presence, both paid and organic, with campaigns designed to boost brand awareness and inbound demand.

Coordinate cross-functional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive conversion from high-intent prospects.

Collaborate with design and product teams to develop and optimize high-converting landing pages.

Co-build and animate the employer brand with People/HR teams to attract strong candidates.

Track and analyze campaign performance and content ROI, continuously optimizing for better results.
Success Metrics:

A consistent pipeline of inbound leads from content and social campaigns.

High engagement on video and social media initiatives.

Recognition for thought leadership and employer branding in the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem.

PROFILE
-
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce marketing (targeting SMBs or mid-market)

Strong content creation skills with proven results (social, newsletters, video)

Excellent storytelling and campaign execution ability

Fluent in English (mandatory); French, German or Spanish are strong assets

Comfortable with analytics and performance marketing

Experience with ABM or employer branding is a plus
