ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of the Finance Department, the Cash Collection Specialist will be responsible for collecting receivables from hoteliers in all the markets in which they operate (North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East).
  • In collaboration with the Accounting Team and the Account Managers of the various markets, the Cash Collections Specialist is responsible for:
  • Identifying partners who fail to meet contractual payment deadlines
  • Selecting appropriate reminder protocols according to the hotel types (chain/independent) and markets specifics
  • Implementing all actions required to collect receivables (phone and e-mail reminders, formal notices, litigation), monitoring and documenting disputes
  • Improving reactivation times for hotels deactivated due to late payment
  • Reporting on the performance of collection activities
  • Suggesting improvements to existing tools and processes

 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 2 years higher education (BAC+2)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in collections (BtoB or BtoC)
  • Excellent command of office automation tools (Google suite, Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Bilingual English
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Comfortable with figures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
  • Tenacity and pugnacity
  • Ability to make proposals
  • A first experience in the hotel industry would be appreciated

  • They offer a package from around 35k€ to 40k€ depending on the experience 
  • Location : Paris with 2 days remoted
  • 50% remote-friendly
