YOUR MISSION
As Lead Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing the global community and social media strategy. You will oversee all communication channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Forums, etc.) as well as live streams, social campaigns, events, newsletters, and more — in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
You will grow and engage the community while strengthening the brand’s voice and impact across platforms. You’ll lead creative and strategic initiatives that promote inclusive, engaged, and loyal audiences.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Designing, planning, budgeting, and executing a scalable and engaging community strategy.
• Managing all official communication channels and acting as the brand’s voice.
• Animating daily social content (content calendar, community moderation, etc.).
• Reporting regularly on community insights, social KPIs, and campaign results.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Art Direction teams to ensure consistent brand tone and publishing flow.
• Monitoring market trends and providing strategic input on platform development
Influencer Strategy
• Design, budget, and roll out a global influencer strategy.
• Build and manage a strong network of influencers, especially in the US and Europe.

YOUR PROFILE
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Entertainment sector.
• Proven experience in managing communities and running campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram.
• Exceptional communication, copywriting, and synthesis skills in French and English.
• Proactive, creative, and able to own and implement strategies independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for tabletop games and community building is a must.
POSITION DETAILS
• Location: 100% Remote
• Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary depending on experience
