We work for a SaaS B2B company, leader in its field in energy saving, which is looking for its future Commercial Account UK public sector to develop the market in England!

 

This fast-growing innovative company, founded in 2011, aims to revolutionize the world of energy management in buildings. It has developed an electricity meter that identifies the consumption of each type of appliance in a building. This information is then used by building managers to identify energy saving levers.

MISSIONS

Based in England and attached to the Head of Sales and within a sales team of 7 people based in Paris; You will be in charge of developing the portfolio of public clients: regions, departments, cities and towns, ministries and state administrations, universities and health.

Your missions will be the following:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle with public customers: prospecting, qualification of needs, production of commercial proposals, discussion of the type of public contract most suited to the project, response to calls for tenders and up to monitoring the implementation of projects and customer feedback
  • Manage the many inbounds
  • Follow existing customers to consider deployments across their entire real estate portfolio or identify upselling opportunities
  • Participate in exhibitions and visibility events organized by the company, and collaborate with the marketing team to detect leads
  • Propose improvements in sales techniques and sales support tools for the solution in order to increase sales
  • Collaborate with the sales managers in charge of the partners to ensure consistency between the direct sales and prescription approaches
  • Ensure your commercial follow-up and reporting by updating the CRM and your indicators.

 

 

CANDIDATE

 

  • Education: BAC+3 or BAC+5, engineering or business school.
  • Experience (5 to 6 years) in the sale of technical solutions in the public sector (or BtoB).
  • Interest in innovation and the energy sector.
  • Mastery of IT tools allowing you to monitor and report on sales (Excel, CRM, etc.).
  • The pluses: Knowledge of the building and/or energy sector,
  • Love customer contact and the field
  • You have an appetite for the world of Energy
  • Have an excellent relationship
  • Be curious, autonomous, tenacious, but also organized and with a great ability to adapt.
  • Also like to take a step back and enjoy working as a team!

 

TERMS

 

Type of contract: CDI

Starting position: ASAP

Remuneration: Package from 60-90K € DEPENDING ON PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE
