THE COMPANY 

We work for a B2B startup which lets sales professionals live in the apps they use daily (first and foremost LinkedIn) while automatically capturing all interactions and storing them in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. They’re looking for their first Community Manager, are you in ? 

Concretely, it takes the form of a browser extension which modifies the LinkedIn interface by adding extra features (synchronization of contacts and associated custom fields, synchronization of conversations, export of contact lists & more). They are currently supporting Chrome, Firefox & Edge – Safari is still a bit too capricious for us.You can try it here. Make sure to create a CRM account first (Hubspot is free) !
The team is currently composed of 16 people (8 tech, 6 marketing, 1 HR, 1 design) working mostly remotely from several places in France and around the world (Egypt, Germany, Turkey, UK, US, Russia, Brazil, Poland, Macedonia, Paris & Lyon).

MISSIONS

A team of 6 people in marketing look forward meeting you !

Your missions will be the following:

  • Create a community lead growth strategy & devise methodology to drive traffic from CLG to prospect.
  • Work together with their current Social Media team to create content, improve their social presence, increase exposure & drive traffic from social media channels
  • Assist in diffusion of information for our PR (you would be working together with an agency).
  • Work together with the SEO team to produce marketing materials & with our SEA team to manage paid ads on social media.
  • Analyse and manage the traffic coming for these community & PR channels.
  • Be responsible for professional events (exhibition, conference & webinars) & internal event (bi-annual hackathon, clients meet-up, etc)

 

 

CANDIDATE

 

  • Graduated with a business related degree
  • Excellent spoken, written and reading skills in French AND English, any additional language would be a plus
  • 3-5 Years experience as a community/communication manager
  • Plus : if you’re coming for startup environment
  • Understanding the use of social media for business tools such as Lempod & Hootsuite & other web-marketing tools
  • Having worked in PR related field & ability to use figma/canva would be a great plus
  • They need someone who is creative to come up with new marketing strategy to boost the sense of belonging in community

 

 

TERMS

 

Type of contract: CDI

Starting position: ASAP

Salary range : between 35 000 – 45 000 € depending on your profile and experience

 

Localisation : Paris
